REINFORCING SDGs IMPLEMENTATION FOR A SUSTAINABLE FUTURE: ENSURING INCLUSIVITY FOR ALL
The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) were formally adopted on 25th September 2015 and officially came into force on 1st January 2016 as the new agenda to succeed the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs). The SDGs, which consist of 17 goals and 169 targets, have become a global action which aims at ending poverty, protecting the planet, and ensuring peace and prosperity for all. The 3rd International Conference on Sustainable Development Goals (ICSDG2023) aims at seeking strong collaboration and cooperation among all organizations worldwide in achieving the SDGs, with a theme of “Reinforcing SDGs Implementation for a Sustainable Future: Ensuring Inclusivity for All”.
The 3rd International Conference on Sustainable Development Goals will be administered and coordinated by the South East Asia Sustainability Network (SEASN) whereby the Centre for Global Sustainability Studies (CGSS), Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), serves as the secretariat.
